All products listed on our website are handmade and unique. Items from our Recycling Center section are created using upcycled materials and may show minor signs of previous use. Other sections contain products made from new materials in our local workshop.
Please note: Colors may appear slightly different in person than they do in product photos due to lighting and camera settings. 

3. Order

Orders can be placed through our website 24/7. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept secure payments via trusted third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders from Donegal, Ireland. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by external carriers.

6. Returns and Refunds

As our products are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, we accept returns only in cases of damage or error. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless defective.
