1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from B-Art-Ek Sewing and Embroidery. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

All products listed on our website are handmade and unique. Items from our Upcycling Center section are created using upcycled materials and may show minor signs of previous use. Other sections contain products made from new materials in our local workshop.

Please note: Colors may appear slightly different in person than they do in product photos due to lighting and camera settings.

3. Orders

Orders can be placed through our website 24/7. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept secure payments via trusted third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal.

5. Processing Time and Shipping

Orders are shipped from Donegal, Ireland.

• Ready-made products are dispatched within up to 3 working days (we usually ship the same day or the next working day if the order is placed in the evening).
• Custom-made or personalized products may take up to 14 working days to complete before dispatch.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by external carriers.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to return most products within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return details:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after receiving the returned item.

Exceptions (Non-returnable items):
The right to return does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized products created according to customer specifications
• Items that are clearly tailored to individual requirements

By placing an order for a custom-made or personalized product, you acknowledge and accept that such items are non-refundable unless faulty.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

In such cases, you are entitled to:

• a repair, replacement, or refund
  in accordance with your rights under EU consumer law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including product photos, descriptions, and logos, is the property of B-Art-Ek Sewing and Embroidery and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure accurate product information and reliable service. However, B-Art-Ek Sewing and Embroidery shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our website or products.
